About the Team:

The Data Systems team operates at the intersection of business strategy, analytics, and technology. It collaborates with leadership, business, growth, and product teams to improve operational efficiency and execute strategic projects spanning ePharma, eDiagnostics, and retail verticals.

Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Modeling: Use SQL, Python, and Excel to analyze data; apply statistical and predictive modeling to generate insights.
• Insight Generation & Communication: Develop and communicate insights using visualization tools and dashboards to influence business outcomes.
• Problem Solving & Execution: Decompose complex business challenges, define scope, success metrics, and execute with clarity.
• Project & Stakeholder Management: Oversee multiple projects, align strategies with stakeholders, and drive impactful outcomes.
• Data Governance: Maintain and enforce data system governance using tools like Open Metadata and Tableau while promoting data integrity and best practices.

Key Technical Skills:

SQL, Python/R, Excel, Metabase, Tableau, Streamlit, Dash frameworks

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, Excel, and BI tools such as Tableau or Metabase.
• Experience working with Streamlit or Dash frameworks.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and drive results.
• Innovative mindset with a results-driven approach.
